Raw materials such as steel and energy are becoming scarcer due to the steady growth of the world population and the resulting consumption change. Hence, it is to be expected that the Prices of primary and secondary raw materials will rise in future even more than present.
Before this background, house garbage dumps represent unused raw material depots whose resource potential is largely unknown. The idea 'RoaD-Map†can remedy this!Objective, therefore, is to capture the actors in the subject area landfill mining as part of anetwork (RoaD-Net) and to pool their interests and existing knowledge together. The resultant exchange promises of experience and synergies.
