Haloclean® a performance enhanced low temperature pyrolysis developed originally for the thermal degradation of electronic scrap adapted successfully by the Forschungszentrum Karlsruhe for pyrolysis of biomass.
The Haloclean pyrolysis for biomass created a new type of pyrolysis – the intermediate pyrolysis and is therefore accomplishing the Forschungszentrum Karlsruhe approach by fast pyrolysis leading to synthetic fuels – the bioliq® process. Different types of biomass oil containing biomasses have been tested and successfully applied to combined heat and power generation.
The pyrolysis temperature ranges between 350 to 550 °C and residence times of only 1 to 15 minutes are sufficient in case of biomass whereas in case of electronic scrap those can be increased to several hours at different temperature.

Die innerstaatliche Umsetzung des Pariser Klimaschutzübereinkommens

Like all public international law treaties, the Paris Climate Accords rely on national law for their implementation. The success of the agreement therefore depends, to a large extent, on the stepstaken or not taken by national governments and legislators as well as on the instruments and mechanisms chosen for this task. Against this background, the present article compares different approaches to the implementation of the Paris Agreement, using court decisions as a means to assess their (legal) effectiveness.
