The new technology of small scale stationary bubbling bed combustion was developt at
the chair of enviromental technology, leading Prof. Dr.-Ing.habil. D. Steinbrecht, unversity of Rostock. The plant with this technology works since more then two years at the landfill near Rostock to dispol poor landfill gas. This plant was the basis for ES+S to develop a new system of landfill aftercare.
With disposal of poor landfill gas from more then 40% down to 8 % methan, with the anaerob reactivation of production of methan in dry landfill body parts,with diposal of leachate and production of electric energy in the poor gas time is it a closed system. Klimaprotection and reducing the time of aftercare are the main targets of this new system.

Like all public international law treaties, the Paris Climate Accords rely on national law for their implementation. The success of the agreement therefore depends, to a large extent, on the stepstaken or not taken by national governments and legislators as well as on the instruments and mechanisms chosen for this task. Against this background, the present article compares different approaches to the implementation of the Paris Agreement, using court decisions as a means to assess their (legal) effectiveness.
