Vacuum heat extraction for the improvement of the efficiency of anaerobic treatment processes

A broad high research level can be attested to the digestion process itself. Further optimisation need exists for the preparation prior to the digestion process especially for the increase of availability of anaerobically degradable organic matter and the achievable increase of the specific gas yield.

The research and development project for a vacuum-heat-extraction pursues the aim to provide basic science for the development of an energy and cost effective utilisation and treatment method for purposefully cultivated energy crops, agricultural waste products, biowastes and wastes from municipal solid wastes. By increasing the solubility of anaerobically degradable matter their availability for a biogas yield shall be optimised. By this way an efficient energy yield shall be achieved in the anaerobic process.

Like all public international law treaties, the Paris Climate Accords rely on national law for their implementation. The success of the agreement therefore depends, to a large extent, on the stepstaken or not taken by national governments and legislators as well as on the instruments and mechanisms chosen for this task. Against this background, the present article compares different approaches to the implementation of the Paris Agreement, using court decisions as a means to assess their (legal) effectiveness.
