SUMMARY:
The population on earth is growing in urban and rural areas. More people generate more waste. More waste needs more installations. New sites are not popular and have to be established at remote areas. This means long transportation distance.
Avoidance , reduction and recycling are the answer to reduce disposal cost. Low salary jobs are more cost efficient than capital intensive investments. It is recommended to conduct the primary collection on low salary basis. Besides the waste collection fees the waste collectors from informal sector would have also a second revenue from selling secondary raw materials.

Like all public international law treaties, the Paris Climate Accords rely on national law for their implementation. The success of the agreement therefore depends, to a large extent, on the stepstaken or not taken by national governments and legislators as well as on the instruments and mechanisms chosen for this task. Against this background, the present article compares different approaches to the implementation of the Paris Agreement, using court decisions as a means to assess their (legal) effectiveness.
