Regenerative Energie
SUMMARY:
The aim of the here presented project is to carry out a “Study on Solar and Biomass Energy Potential and Feasibility” in Lao PDR and Thailand including RE strategies on technology implementation, project dimensioning and design, urban energy supply, financing procedures and legislation.
The main activities are data research, data evaluation, study development and publication. Especially the Energy farming approach – the production of crops for the production of energy in biogas plants is analysed in detail. The biogas yields of rice, soy bean, mung bean, corn and mustard in Laos and of corn, water hyacinth, banana, papaya, and sugar cane in Thailand are analyses in 20 l lab digesters under mesophilic conditions.
