Summing up, it can be ascertained that the carbon to be potentially liberated can only be determined sufficiently by means of the LSR test.
Even during long-term investigations, as a determination of the potential, the methods for investigations of the stabilizing parameters do not comprise the maximum content of the soluble respectively biologically anaerobic transformable carbon. In assessing and characterizing a waste material the parameters AT4, GE28 and TOCELUAT are very suitable. A distinct correlation can be determined between the parameters AT4, GE28 and the extrapolated gas potential in the LSR investigations. The presence of a certain gas amount can be concluded from the AT4 and GE28 values. Thus the stability tests GE28 and AT4 are suitable for evaluating of the biological activity of waste.

Like all public international law treaties, the Paris Climate Accords rely on national law for their implementation. The success of the agreement therefore depends, to a large extent, on the stepstaken or not taken by national governments and legislators as well as on the instruments and mechanisms chosen for this task. Against this background, the present article compares different approaches to the implementation of the Paris Agreement, using court decisions as a means to assess their (legal) effectiveness.
