Regenerative Energie
Depending on the manufacturer, various procedural approaches are possible in order to comply with Europe’s currently valid emissions limits for exhaust gases from household waste recycling systems according to EU directive 2000/76 and the respective countryspecific requirements.
The absorptive acid gas separation, the absorptive heavy metal and dioxin separation as well as the denitrification of exhaust gases can be considered here. This composition deals exclusively with the removal of nitrogen by catalysts. As an introduction, the basics will be explained, such as functionality, design and set-up. In doing so, it will not investigate as a priority which arrangement and mode of operation of the catalytic denitrification provides the best emission levels, but rather how the energy balance looks in comparison.

Like all public international law treaties, the Paris Climate Accords rely on national law for their implementation. The success of the agreement therefore depends, to a large extent, on the stepstaken or not taken by national governments and legislators as well as on the instruments and mechanisms chosen for this task. Against this background, the present article compares different approaches to the implementation of the Paris Agreement, using court decisions as a means to assess their (legal) effectiveness.
